Resource recovery goal setting and highlight work promotion (1) Assist the county and each township and city in formulating the target resource recovery rate. The resource recovery rate of the county from January to October 2011 was 55.52% (target 55%). (2) Continue to compile the current situation of resource recovery in the whole country and the county, collect the highlights of resource recovery in other counties and cities, and formulate the advanced policy of the county. 2. Assist the county to strengthen resource recovery work (1) Completed and assisted in the handling of 9 environmental protection contact meetings. (2) 830 bags of garbage bags have been inspected. (3) The garbage sampling work of all townships and cities in the county has been completed. (4) Continuous guidance to increase the recycling volume of recycling items designated by the Environmental Protection Agency. (5) Assisted in collecting and compiling the results of the income care plan, accumulatively subsidized and cared for 2,497 person-times of self-employed individuals, with a total of 12,393,796 yuan in actual subsidies. (6) Assisted in the removal and transportation of hard-to-recycle recyclables in the county, and completed a total of 31 tons of thin plastic and waste pesticide containers (including delivery to the government) of 13 tons. (7) Complete the investigation of the sales contract and process of the township and municipal offices and submit the report as scheduled. (8) Follow up the anti-breakage measures for hanging battery recycling bins and lighting sources for vehicles collected by township and municipal offices. 3. Promoting the recycling of resources by school community agencies and groups (1) Complete the establishment of 24 recycling facilities and 41 patrol inspections in community buildings. (2) Tutoring to set up 26 second-hand bag recycling boxes in community buildings. (3) Complete the establishment of the fisherman's Hong Kong capital collection station - Nanfang'ao station, and compile the implementation results of the community capital collection station. (4) Handle the education and training courses of the fund collection station on 4/15. 4. Handle key inspections on the management of responsible resource recycling operators and sellers (1) Completed 14 proactive inspections by the responsible industry, 49 letters from the Environmental Protection Agency, and 54 transfers from other counties, totaling 117. (2) Completed 216 inspections of sellers and 341 inspections of assisted source reduction measures. (3) Completed the guidance of 79 electronic and electrical appliances sales, and opened 31 electronic joint orders. 5. Handling the application registration and inspection work of recyclable waste recycling and processing industry (1) Completed the extension application for counseling recycling industry for 1 company (2) Complete the inspection of the recycling industry, register 66 recycling companies, list 28 recycling companies, complete 12 inspections with the fire department, and conduct fire safety drills on 9/24. (3) Complete the evaluation of waste motor vehicle recycling industry in this county on 4/22. 6. Management measures to promote waste reduction and recycling (1) Completed counseling for 15 catering companies to provide discounts for self-provided tableware and 12 companies to provide environmentally friendly tableware. (2) Complete the inspection of 153 paper tableware-friendly stores within the jurisdiction, and handle the promotion of paper tableware classification policies. (3) Assist and guide Dongmen Night Market to strive for the honor of environmental protection night market. (4) Complete the annual maintenance and management of 5 new green practice stores and 52 Dailai happiness boxes. (5) Handling and setting up 6 second-hand exchange activities, and continuously updating the waste dumping map. 7. Cooperate with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Environmental Protection Bureau in various policy plans and performance evaluations (1) Assist in handling the assessment of capital income in various townships and cities, and handle the on-site survey work on 9/16-17. (2) Tracking the reuse of glass sand in the county, 527.31 tons of use certificates have been obtained. (3) Tracking the county's assisted degassing ASR processing volume, 3390.69 metric tons have been processed. (4) Track the progress of the bid for the optimization plan of the cleaning team's storage yard. 8. Strengthen the publicity (guide) work related to resource recycling (1) 31 publicity activities on resource recycling have been completed, and relevant publicity work has been handled through online interactive publicity videos, FB communities, and news marquees during the epidemic. (2) Complete large-scale activities such as the waste pesticide container recycling competition, waste dry battery recycling plus activity, and organic soil resource recycling.
